Relevant ReUse focuses on designing and building handmade products, furniture, environments and play spaces out of reused and recycled materials whenever possible and desired.  Each unique work of out is designed and built based on its unique design, existing capabilities of the chosen material and space and desires of client or collaborator. Materials are sourced as locally as possible.

Originally from Colorado, Heather Mullins is a Golden, CO based artist, craftswoman, entrepreneur, and advocate of hands on learning and sustainability. She runs her own art, design and furniture business called Relevant ReUse where she designs + builds custom furniture, unique environments, play spaces and exterior structures out of mostly reused and recycled materials including a jewelry line made out of old skis Après Ski Jewelry, highlighting the existing color and design of each ski. She received her Master of Fine Arts in Sculpture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2008 and Bachelor of Fine Arts from Montana State University in 2005.
